Salary: Starting at £10.25 per hour (+2p/h overtime)

Role: Support Worker
Location: The Lodge, Langport
Hours: 7am - 19.15pm 2 or 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends. (24.5 or 36.75 contracted hours)

THE ROLE

The Lodge, Langport is a small modernised residential home for individuals, providing exceptional personalised support to live full and engaged lives. The home is set in stunning grounds on the outskirts of Langport, commanding far reaching views across the Levels.
We are seeking a support worker who possess a real passion to inspire our residents to achieve their goals and to live as independently as they wish. Supporting them with daily life and promoting a range of engaging activities personalised to them. To apply for the position, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to work with mental health and autism. You will need to be patient and have a good sense of humour and be able to support our residents through good days and bad.
You will be working closely with our residents daily, they will utterly depend on you being there, therefore commitment, reliability and honesty are crucial.

THE RIGHT PERSON



The Support Worker will provide all necessary support to people living at the service enabling them to live an active and fulfilled life, whilst promoting a happy and friendly environment, incorporating Notaro Homes Ltd ethos, set within the company aims and objectives, company policies and procedures and whilst adhering to CQC regulations/legislation and guidelines.
You will be willing to work towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care QCF and can work alternate weekends. Further training and development are ongoing.
