Job description
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team who has experience working with individuals in the developmental disability sector and can assist with day to day tasks, such as medication management, shopping, cleaning, cooking and laundry. The Support Worker will report directly to the Head of Homecare and work closely with our dedicated team of professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a minuim of 1 year of experience working in the developmental disability sector and have a proven ability to manage medical supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to adults who are unable to live independently.
- Assist adults living in the community, such as visits to the shops, doctor's appointments and social occasions.
- Provide a range of personal care services for adults.
- Support children and young people who have suffered serious accidents or life-threatening diseases and their families.
- Meet with other care experts to collect and share information about the patient's condition.
- Improve the quality of life for patients by providing them with support and care.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
