Days - shift patterns are 07.30am -14:30pm, 14:15pm -22:00pm or long days 07:30am – 22:00pm.
Please note a sleepover is required on a Wednesday night.
We have a number of shifts available, full or part-time guaranteed hours, or occasional hours if you prefer working with flexibility.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens, Bells Piece is home for 13 adults with learning disabilities. Our home is a mile away from Farnham, with its shops, restaurants and sports centres. There are lots of places to visit nearby, including Farnham Castle and Frensham Common, and direct links into London.
As a Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant with Leonard Cheshire you’ll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. You’ll assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication and assistance at mealtimes, motivating and encouraging choice and participation.
Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential as we offer an excellent training and induction programme to get you fully trained in your new role!
