To be considered for this hugely satisfying role, on the front line of our care services, you will need administrative experience, good IT and communication skills. GCSE level qualifications or equivalent at grades A - C, including Maths and English would be advantageous but not essential.
As a general guide, duties may include:
- Reception duties
- Day to day cash handling such as Petty Cash & Meal Money
- Minute taking
- Helping with resident and family enquiries
- Supporting with admin for resident admissions and discharges
- Photocopying
