We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Support Worker to join our team here at iBC Healthcare at our Chesterfield Supported Living Services in the S45 area.

  • Contract: Full-Time roles days and nights.
  • Hours: Day shifts 7 am-9 pm or Night shifts 9 pm-7 am
  • Pay: £11per hour

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record, and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Be a kind, empathetic, and people person who works well in a team.
