We are looking for amazing people in the Bromsgrove B60 postcode area. We are looking for 1 Day Support Worker and 1 Night Support Worker, the role will involve working with a Female Service user who has personal care needs.

This particular role will be supporting a female with learning disabilities and autism who requires 2:1 care. We do require all staff to hold a UK driving licence for this particular role.

Contract: Full-Time role on days.

Pay: £11.00 per hour

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behavior within a supported living environment
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
