Job description
Are you passionate about making a positive contribution to the lives and wellbeing of adults with learning disability in Hull, then join the housing support team and make a difference.
Our vision is to provide effective and holistic programmes that would transform the lives of our tenants, enabling them to live independent lives in their communities.
You will be working in collaboration with agencies/professionals within the wider community to enhance our capabilities to achieve our goals.
We are looking to recruit 2 Support Workers along with casual support workers.
Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification and have experience of working in a care or support environment.
