Genuine Care Agency Ltd. specialises in the Health and Social sector. We are based in Hampshire with our office in Southampton. We provide fully-trained carers to our clients across a variety of settings including residential homes and supported living.
Our service offers 24 hours care and support 7 days a week to people with learning disabilities, autism, elderly, vulnerable children, dementia, mental health and challenging behaviours.

Support Worker/Care Assistant

Rate £13-£15 per hour

Genuine Care Agency are looking for Support Workers / Carers to work around Southampton area, to provide care and support in residential homes and supported living settings.
You will be based in one place for your shift not travelling around.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends
- Long/short shifts to suit your needs
Successful candidates will have:
** You must have at least 6 months experience working within a care setting**
- Excellent communication skills
- Had both COVID-19 Vaccinations or be willing to have both.
- The right to work in the UK
- Trustworthy, honest and realisable
