Job description
The role of a support worker is exactly what it says on the tin. You provide support to individuals who need help, both emotionally and practically, so they can live a happy, independent life. You would be supporting people who have mental health problems and learning difficulties, who may have behaviours considered as challanging to services. No day will be the same.
