Job description

Based in West Croydon, this service supports 44 young people from 16-22 years of age, to gain life skills and be able to live independently.

The aim of the role is to support and empower our customers to increase their life skills, self-management and confidence to successfully sustain independent living. This is achieved through the provision of individualised support, tailored to the specific needs of the homeless adults and young people who use our services.

Working rota/shift patterns.
