Job description

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 40 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Sheffield Day Services, Cygnet.

Sheffield Day Services specialises in supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, in addition to those with complex health needs, physical disabilities and those with autism. We have a long history of enhancing the quality of life of the individuals who attend the service.

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
