We are looking for an experienced resilient Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Gledholt is an enhanced community residential service providing outcome focused support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. Gledholt is operationally a nurse-led service with both service manager and head of care being qualified nurses.
