Job description
What will I be doing?
- Attending weekly operational calls with various divisions within the EMEA, UK and US
- Review KPI data and liaise with BPO to resolve any issues
- Help with the implementation of new Business units – UAT & cutover activities.
- Supporting the team to record and track any system defects & enhancements (SAP & SNAP)
- Support team with various activities relating to Global P2P project
- Manage AP business queries through the Zendesk customer service tool.
- Ad hoc project work within the team
