Position: Support Worker
Salary: £10.77 - £11.07 per hour

About Your Role
Vale House, near Bolton, consists of six self-contained flats providing residential accommodation and nursing support for males with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.
The service is configured to offer a unique support model to encourage independence but also support social inclusion and access to community engagement.
You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
You’ll be working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
