Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Your role would require you to support 1 22 year old man to live his best lives possible.
The gent that we provide support to lives a two bedroom spacious bungalow in Wrekenton, which has lots of public transport links. To provide the best support there is always 3 member of staff on shift, shifts generally are 12 hours long but we are open to discussion around availability.
The person that we support enjoys lots of different activities, some of these are listed below.
- Local walks
- Playing outdoor sports. (Football , Basketball & fishing)
- Days out at the coast and shopping trips.
- Playing on his games console & watching YouTube videos.
- Having quiet time at home to relax
- Sleepovers at his parents house once a month,
Our staff team are great, and support the people we support to:
- Maintain the person we support home
- Complete personal care
- Support within the local community
- Enjoy an active social life
- Planning days out
In order for the people we support to live there Best Life Possible our team have specialist training in, epilepsy & autism, this is provided to you during your induction process, and is continues during your role with us.
