Job description

We have an fantastic opportunity for Support Workers in the area of Hillingdon

The unit is a 24-hour supported living provider for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions and behaviours that may challenge.

Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans that focus on their goals as well as implementing strategies for relapse prevention.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £13.00-£17.00 per hour

Day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Physical setting:

• Residential home

Shift:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Uxbridge, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
