We’re looking for Production Operatives to support our growth in our Sheffield Workshop. A Production Operative at ITI will assist in the manufacture of bespoke and build to print control panels supported by an experienced team of wiring technicians.

SUMMARY OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will involve:
Undertake a wide range of tasks related to the manufacture of control panels, under the direct instruction of wiring technicians.
Assist with the assembly and wiring of panels in accordance with the issued work instructions and company standards.
Work as part of the manufacturing team, assisting other team members when needed.
Always work pro-actively to ensure the manufacturing process remain safe and efficient.
Work flexibly to meet the demands of our workload. This could involve overtime working.

You will have:
Ability to work with your hands either through past work experience or out of work activities.
