We Are Looking For Customer Service Executives For Our Clients Based In Belfast City Centre,

We Are Conveniently Located On Great Victoria Street.

Your Responsibilities:

Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.

• Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers.
• Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures.
• Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
• Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations.
• Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.

What Are We Looking For?

• Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service
• Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
• Punctual And Conscient.
• Good Attention To Detail.

Hours:

• 35 Hours per week.
• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Salary:

• £11.00 per hour
• Paid fortnightly

Requirements:

• At Least 6 Months Customer Service Or Contact Centre Experience
• Full Time Availability
• ID & Right To Work Required (Passport Or Birth Certificate)
• Immediate Start
• Basic Access NI check / Credit check is required once successful.
