Job description
We are looking for a full time Support Worker and a Waking Night Support Worker to support an individual with autism in their own home, in Tonbridge in Kent.
Support Worker
Do you enjoy swimming, dancing, outdoor activities and visiting garden centres? Could you support someone to enjoy these too?
You will be supporting and encouraging a young man develop his independence with things such as daily house chores, weekly food shopping and some personal care.
Waking Night Support Worker
Could working nights suit you and your families life?
Waking Night Support Workers are required to remain awake throughout the night to be available to support individuals as and when required. The hours are 22:30 - 07:30, four nights a week.
Previous experience for both roles would be great but this is not essential, as long as you are a good communicator with the ability to reassure, understanding and patient - we can provide all the training to become a great Support Worker!
