Support Worker – Wells/Chewton Mendip
- Must live locally to the Somerset/Bristol area.
**SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION PERIOD** - We are looking to sponsor people currently living in the UK on either a Student, Tier 4, Dependents or Workers visa.
We are looking for Support Workers to support our services in the Wells and Chewton Mendip areas. We want someone who really wants to make a difference and is looking for something rewarding with no 2 days being the same!! Our service users like to be busy and we are looking for an individual who will support them with a variety of activities
Requirements for Support Worker
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Sufficient experience in the care sector
- Basic IT skills
- Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
Responsibilities of a Support worker
- To ensure service users receives care appropriate to their individual needs
- To participate in activities of their choice
- To support the individual with all aspects of daily living
- Where necessary, to carry out personal care/ medication
- To attend all mandatory training
