Bornel Care, Part of Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. As Support worker you will join our supported living service Based in Broadwoodwidger, where we support individuals to live their life.People we support have Learning difficulties and will require assistance in personal care and completing their daily tasks as well as all activities planned for the day.
THE ROLE
This role includes support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning.
This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adults, professionals, their families and help each of them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activities.
