Due to our ongoing success and growth we have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our close-knit team who are managing several major London developments.
Based in our Mayfair office you would have a key role offering administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of multiple business activities. You will predominantly be working within the Office Management team but will be required to assist the wider project team where needed. As a confident assistant you will enthusiastically undertake any task that is presented.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
· Assists with facilities maintenance contracts and service agreements for London offices
· Diary Management; Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms
· Liaises with office suppliers to book in servicing visits
· Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
· Helps with greeting visitors and providing refreshments where needed
· Orders office supplies
· Arranges couriers and liaises with logistics suppliers
· Filing and record keeping on company server
· Handles office expenses/petty cash
· Liaising with HR to onboard new starters
· Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
· Liaise with accounts to maintain a spreadsheet of office running costs
· Various ad hoc admin tasks for Director of Asset Management
· Carries out regular fire alarm checks and helps maintain a safe working environment
· Helps keep up to date log of all keys and fobs and keeps track of who signs out keys
· Maintain up to date logs of all IT assets and equipment for insurances
Experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel. Outlook and PowerPoint
· Diary management essential
· Previous experience in an office environment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
