Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?
We are recruiting a new team in Birmingham and are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to deliver care for our service user with his complex healthcare needs.
If you are an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker who is compassionate and committed, enjoy delivering one to one or two to one care, this could be the perfect job role for you!
Our service user is a young man who lives at home with his family and siblings in Birmingham and requires a care team to support with his complex needs throughout the day.
He really enjoys watching TV and using various technologies, so being familiar with using different technologies would be an advantage. He also enjoys socialising with his friends and family.
He is very focused on his rehabilitation and will continue this with the aid of his dedicated team, who will support his physical and clinical needs and most importantly support with positivity and encouragement.
You will assist with his day-to-day routine supporting with all personal care, moving, handling, and repositioning and also support with social interaction through his hobbies and interests.
Working with a regular service user, you will develop great relationships and find this a personally rewarding care role where you can make a real difference, building on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support. This is more than just a job!

We have the following shifts available;
- Full Time & Part Time opportunities
- Days 12-hour shifts
- 10:00am-10:00pm
Take a look at our payrates
Weekdays: £12.00 per hour (£144 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £13.00 per hour (£156 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12-hour shift)
