What you will be doing

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and autism. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.

Where you will be working

Location: 21b Upper Brighton Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 6QX

21b Upper Brighton Road is part of our learning disability and autism division and provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours which, due to their diagnosis may be seen as challenging.

The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day between the hours 7:00am -10pm, 4-5 days a week including weekends on a rota basis. Permanent, Full Time position.

*Base annual salary without overtime starts at £21,547

• £500 welcome bonus offered on the full time contracts only, paid £250 on the first wage, and £250 after three months once passed the probation.
