Are you looking for an exciting new role that allows you to be integral to innovative product campaigns? If so, this Nucala Global Marketing Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to consider.
As a Nucala Global Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for the development and delivery of Nucala branded and non-branded campaigns to support the implementation of the global strategy working alongside the Global Marketing Director.
Location: Durham, NC, US or Brentford, UK with expectation to be onsite 2-3 days/week.
Please note: GSK House will be relocating to Central London in 2024.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Leadership of cross functional co-creation team for campaign development including global medical, co-creation marketing teams from local markets.
- Partnership working with the Nucala strategic and creative agency in order to deliver high quality outputs against tight timelines.
- Development of engaging, innovative, promotional peer-to-peer programmes for implementation globally.
- Close collaborative working with medical partner to develop product claims and materials.
- Close working with Digital Content Managers to ensure content is delivered on time.
- Responsible for campaign launch broadcasts and internal engagement to ensure content usage.
- Managing campaign performance through market research, usage metrics, etc. and responsible for suggesting corrective actions when needed. Drive improvement in global localisation of content.
- Effective working with Customer Insight Director to design market research, KPI tracking, ensure insights are considered, discussed and acted on when appropriate.
- Responsibility to deliver results and drive the TA team to achieve business metrics using KPIs including content delivery performance.
- Management of significant budget (>£2m).
- Member of TA and strong contributor to team culture.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in global marketing with strong emphasis on marketing/branding through LOC
- Understanding of pharma sales and customer interaction

- Able to demonstrate strong track record as indicator of future potential
- Ability to listen, act on feedback, support and challenge in discussions with markets
- Strong cross-functional working with a range of stakeholders
- Strong ability to understand and communicate scientific data
- Ability to translate strategy to operational marketing content
- High flexibility and openness for new ideas and approaches
- Very clear, confident communication skills (written and spoken)
- Able to deliver high performance results within deadlines
- Able to function in highly dynamic, highly visible role and team.
