Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Square Root, makers and shakers of the greatest fizzy pop you’ve ever tried require an organised and efficient human to take care of the day-to-day Sales. You will report directly to our Commercial Director, Nick McKay, and work as part of the Sales Team. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
This is a crucial role that ensures we always exceed our customers’ needs and solidifies Square Root as their supplier of choice. Care, diligence, and organisation skills are prerequisites as well as a positive can-do attitude that reflects the company’s brand and positioning when dealing with customers, colleagues, and suppliers of any scale.
Brief Outline of Responsibility:
Sales:
· Accurately managing our wholesale customer orders in a timely fashion, from the point they are placed through to delivery.
· General account management, including;
o Resolving customer queries
o Communicating promotions to customers
o Liaising with customers who order via our distribution partners
o Sending out customer merch and promotional packs
o Resolving customer debts
· General sales admin, including;
o Setting up new customers
o Reactivating lapsed accounts
o Chasing wholesale orders
o Completing new line forms for customers
o Following up on sales enquiries
o Assembling sales data reports
o Reporting stock changes and anomalies to the wider sales team
Administration:
· Using different apps such as Shopify, ZenDesk and Unleashed.
· Liaising with the Team responsible for picking and packing our wholesale orders, including local deliveries, pallet orders and export orders.
· Managing various inboxes, including orders@ and [email protected].
Logistics:
· Dealing with Square Root’s third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient delivery of our orders from the warehouse to the customer.
· Working with our Sales Department to feedback on any issues, delays, or challenges to ensure the customer has the best experience possible.
Other:
· Any other reasonable tasks required.
Compensation:
· £25-28K depending on experience
· Team bonus based on KPI targets
