Client Tech Support Technician
● Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and software applications
● Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade Web-server hardware and software
● Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance
● Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations on AWS servers
● Respond to requests for help and information from active clients
● Develop and maintain user guides, technical manuals and other documents for company knowledge base platform
● Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
● Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
● Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
● Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
● Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:
● 5+ years’ experience in Client Tech Support
● Post secondary education in Computer Science
● Excellent knowledge in working with AWS servers and solutions
● Familiarity with cloud base SaaS solutions
● Exceptional communication skills in English
● Team mindset with a collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
● Deep belief in customer satisfaction with ability to build strong client relationship
● Goal oriented, organized, outgoing, patient and persistent
● Experience in the rental industry is an asset
Interview Process:
If you are chosen to move forward, our interview process follows this sequence:
· 15-minute phone screen interview
· 60-minute technical interview
· Competency based testing
· Reference checks
· A decision is communicated, and a verbal offer is extended
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $32.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
