We are looking for an organised HR Administrator with a passion for making a difference to others.
You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.

Your day-to-day...
- To maintain personnel files and ensure that the comply with company policy
- Complete audits as required to ensure that all necessary documentation is included within all personnel files e.g. Working Time Directive, DBS checks, IT policy compliance, security induction, appraisals etc.
- Provide monthly reports to all Heads of Department regarding appraisals, probation reviews and training.
- Assist with recruitment process in conjunction with recruitment department, ensuring new recruits are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the company disclosure process is followed at all times.
- Ensuring that both clinical and non-clinical staff are up to date with all mandatory training and ensure this information is available to the relevant individuals.
- Under instruction, take responsibility for all correspondence/minutes relating to staff matters including appraisal memos, invites to disciplinary, disciplinary outcomes etc.

- An experienced HR Administrator with health care & mental health knowledge
- Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
- Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
- A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
