With our network of 27 branches and 2 offices, you'll be stationed at one of our remote office locations, providing full-time IT support to our retail outlets.
Don't worry if you don't have previous experience in IT support within a Windows environment. We're open to candidates who have a solid understanding of Windows 10, networking, computer hardware, software, and Microsoft Office. If you're a whiz with computers, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Here's a sneak peek into what you'll be doing:
· You'll be the go-to person for installing and configuring computer hardware and software. Get ready to work your tech magic!
· Keeping our local and remote office networks running smoothly will be a part of your everyday routine. We'll count on you to keep things connected!
· Setup and monitor CCTV systems and in shop video displays.
· Get ready to be the hero who hand-delivers and sets up computer equipment at various locations. You'll save the day with your tech skills!
· Providing top-notch end-user IT support for both local and remote locations is a big part of your role.
· You'll have the opportunity to deliver technical training to end users and share your IT knowledge. Empowering others is super rewarding.
· Managing IT equipment stock levels will be important to ensure we never run out of tech goodies. We'll rely on your organizational skills.
· When things get tricky, you'll escalate issues to the IT manager for further assistance. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?
· Your expertise with Windows 10 and various hardware and software applications will be crucial.
· If you have some knowledge of command line scripting or using Batch files, that's a bonus.
· We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so your friendly nature will make all the difference.

Additional Requirements:
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Windows 10.
· Experience in software installation and configuration will give you a head star
· Familiarity with local area networks and router configuration is a plus.
· Being comfortable with the command line interface will help you manage system administration effectively.
· Must have a full UK driving license.
· You will be expected when trained, to take your turn at the out of hours on call rota
