Summary

Responsible for management and maintenance of client-class systems, applications, and devices. Respond to support requests for all sites within the organization. Performs PC Hardware deployment, maintenance, turnover, and asset management. Enthusiastic about technology – stays current on emerging technology. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address the needs of the organization and advocate for innovation and improvement in IT Operations. Requires critical thinking, expert level knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis methods, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain employee onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and training program relative to Information Technology.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology personnel, cross-functional teams, and 3rd party vendors to resolve complex or emergent operational problems.
  • Execute technical strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • inworking knowledge of best practices in current application and device support strategies.
  • Ordering and distribution of client-facing computing systems, mobile devices, and related supplies.
  • Manage work streams and initiatives relative to long-term projects.
  • Manage ticketing system, maintain service levels, and develop related key performance metrics.
  • Provide technical support for employees, by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and network problems.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Competencies

  • AA, AS or bachelor's degree; two to five (2-5) years' experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues with a genuine sense of
  • Ability to remain current with technology advances in the field and be able to identify possible areas of use within the organization.
  • Ability and desire to communicate with clients effectively and efficiently via telephone, email, chat or in person.
  • Superior customer service skills. Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems and Apple iOS. Familiarity with Windows
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Telephony and Unified Communications Platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of laptop, desktop, printers, A/V equipment and related hardware/accessories.

Compensation Range

  • $30 - $40 Hourly

Expected Hours of Work

  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. This position may require extended weekday or weekend hours depending on business needs.
