We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and help us continue to provide excellent service to our clients.

Job Description:

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1/2 support to our clients. You will be the go-to person for resolving complex technical issues related to Microsoft products and services, including Windows servers, networking, and end-user desktop support. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to technical issues escalated from our clients
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to Microsoft products and services
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers, networking, and end-user desktops
  • Identifying and resolving network and system issues
  • Providing proactive maintenance and support to prevent issues from occurring
  • Collaborating with other IT team members to implement solutions and best practices

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, TCP/IP, e-mail, Windows RDS/Terminal Services, smartphones, virtualization technologies, storage concepts, and Office 365
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Knowledge of network security and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Class 5 license and clean driver’s abstract
