Corporate Sales Support Specialist | Remote | Full Time 9am – 5:30pm | North West, Manchester Area preferred but UK wide | £23,000 per annum

Our client specialises in enhancing project management capabilities through comprehensive learning and development solutions and services, offering tailored training programmes and expertise across various industries.

As a Corporate Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Corporate Account Directors by taking on more administrative tasks, specifically in relation to the delivery of training programs for our corporate clients.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven experience in sales support/administration or a similar role, preferably in a corporate sale environment with exposure to training program delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, using it to manage client information and training program bookings effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

What will your role look like?

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Corporate Account Directors to provide exceptional administrative support.
  • Utilize Salesforce to accurately record and maintain client bookings for training programs, ensuring all details are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to training programs, promptly and professionally addressing their needs, or redirecting them to the appropriate team members.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to coordinate and facilitate smooth logistics for training programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support Team to ensure all corporate customers receive a first-class service experience.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Manager and Operations team to streamline administrative processes, implement enhancements, and maximize efficiency in training programme delivery.
  • Assist in generating reports, analysing data, and providing valuable insights related to training program performance, supporting decision-making and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, proactively communicating with them to understand their training needs, address any challenges, and ensure their satisfaction with program delivery.
  • Maintain close coordination with various internal departments, including Operations and IT, to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery of training programs across different modalities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in training program delivery.
