About You
We are looking for an IT Support Generalist / Data Analyst to join our team. About the Job
As a critical member of Pacific Energy's IT team, you will provide end-user support in conjunction with our parent company's IT team. Additionally, you will help analyze data and create reports for members of our management team. This position requires a flexible individual who can provide a diverse range of solutions.
Responsibilities
· Provide Help Desk support through a ticketing system.
· Provide in-person support to local and remote clients as required.
· Installation, diagnostics, repair and maintenance of all desktops, laptops, thin client computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
· Work with our parent company IT department on various projects.
· Ensure compliance and enforcement of IT security policies.
· Local and cloud file management.
· Maintaining computing systems in the industrial equipment.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
· At least Three (3) years of experience providing technical service.
· Office 365 administration experience.
Skills and Abilities:
· Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
· In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems: Windows 10 and higher.
· Ability to provide advanced support for computers and associated peripherals to local and remote users.
· Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
· Experience with desktop imaging and other advanced system tools.
· Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Outstanding customer service skills.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Working Conditions:
· Working indoors in both office and factory environment.
· Occasional travel to in-city remote sites.
