We currently have an opportunity for Sales Support Specialist to join our award-winning Audi Centre.
We are delighted to have won Audi Centre of the Year for both 2020 and 2021. In 2022 we won Used Car Centre of the Year and Target Achievement Award, and we are now looking to continue and expand on our success.
As an Audi Sales Support Specialist, you will assist the Sales and aftersales Management team in all sales activity by providing a high quality and comprehensive administration and customer sales service. Your day will be fairly well structured, where you will spend the first couple and last couple of hours in the day with our service customers, connecting them to their cars. You will then spend the remainder of the day, supporting the sales team with Used car photography, new and used car logistics, pricing and updating the various websites.
This role would suit someone who is organised, with extremely strong administration and telephone skills as well as being happy to interact with our customers face to face.
You will have the ability to manage your time well and enjoy working to deadlines and you will also be keen to get involved in a variety of tasks.
Working hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
An interest in photography would be a benefit but is not essential.
Previous experience in the motor industry is not essential as full training will be given.
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
