Communication and working relationships Working with: Consultants, doctors, physician associates, advanced nurse practitioners, nurses and other clinical medical personnel across a number of specialties Admin and Clerical staff Management staff within Clinical Effectiveness and trust doctors who are helping to oversee the project Planning and organisation To work with individual specialties to decide which guidelines are still required and thus need inclusion on the new system, and work to transfer the content over methodically, so no guidelines, policies or procedures are missed Analytical and judgement Deciding which sub-headers to separate out in the new system, so that information can be accessed more quickly, asking for advice when necessary Responsibility and accountability To act with professionalism and integrity, being a role model to those around and ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity Escalate to the Patient Safety and Quality Facilitator or clinical teams with any anomalies or concerns Policy and service responsibility To comply with the Trusts Patient Access Policy and Standard Operating Procedures You may at times be working near to clinical spaces and will need to ensure the confidentiality policy is adhered to at all times Information technology and administrative duties To ensure that content is reliably transferred from the Microsoft Work and PDF documents to Microguide as per the on-the-job training provided.
