Behavior Frontiers, LLC is a leading agency providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to help children with autism and other special needs to reach their full potential. Our expert team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and highly trained behavior technicians use state-of-the-art ABA methods to teach children social, communication, play, cognitive, and self-care skills, while reducing problem behaviors. We are seeking energetic and career-minded individuals to join our team.
We are looking for a talented self-motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. Behavior Frontiers is a growing company providing behavioral health treatment to individuals with autism and other special needs in multiple states.
Availability: Full Time (Monday – Friday / 40hrs a week)
Location: El Segundo, CA
Rate: $24-$29 D.O.E.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Service Desk support for all service requests/tickets.
- Provide end-user technical support including troubleshooting and administration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and telephony.
- Coordinate preparation and installation of new computing equipment as well as upgrading and repairing existing computer equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, understanding, and logical troubleshooting.
- Provide detailed documentation regarding steps taken to resolve issues and fulfill requests in the form of incident diary entries, knowledge base and wiki articles.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory including hardware, software, phones, cell phones and printers.
- Collaborate with other employees, consultants, and vendors to maintain standards and functionality.
- Assist with IT projects/tasks and duties as assigned by IT Manager
Requirements:
- an associate degree or Higher in a related area in network management and help desk support.
- Knowledgeable in MS Windows based OS, MS productivity software, CPU/Networking hardware, TCP/IP network protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, IOS, and Android.
- Critical thinker and problem-solver with great inventory and organization skills, communicating necessary information to supervisors, as well as making suggestions for improving operations as necessary.
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize problems when handling multiple cases.
- Self-starter, energetic, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload.
- Meticulous attention to detail with ability to quickly learn complex technical issues.
