CLEANERS / CLEANING OPERATIVES WANTED - Battersea Power Station

Shifts = Sat & Sun 1pm - 10pm (16 hrs pw)

Pay = £13.10 ph

Come and work for JPC, we are responsible for keeping Battersea Power Station and the estate clean and tidy to an excellent standard.

Your role is to deliver a world-class cleaning and support service in line with the JPC values.

Cleaning Operative duties include:

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping surfaces in their work area including living/working areas, bathrooms, kitchens and supply closets.
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels).
• Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary.
• Taking out the garbage.
• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as unclogging sinks.
• Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning.
• Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and compliance with universal precautions.

To be a successful Cleaner will need the following skills:

• Excellent organisation and housekeeping skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning solution and their uses.
• Working knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
