Job description

The Role
Primary responsibilities will be to implement configuration changes in the Successfactors Talent Suite and to provide Application support for these systems. Experience of configuration and support in SAP ECC areas of Human Resources and/or Payroll would also be beneficial.
Functional Management
As part of the role you will be required to Lead or Support on configuration of the following systems:
- Successfactors Talent Suite – Learning & Development
- Successfactors Talent Suite – Performance & Goals
Subject to your existing accreditations and experience, the role may also extend to configuration of the following areas of the SAP build:
- Successfactors Talent Suite – Career Development Planning
- Successfactors Talent Suite – Recruitment
- SAP ECC HR/Payroll
To provide support for queries in SAP Successfactors Talent/ ECC HR.
- Responding to support calls escalated from ICT and functional area help desks.
- Maintenance / support of ERP related application interfaces, Replication processes and middleware as required.
- Response to change requests, this includes carrying out initial impact assessment, making configuration changes within Successfactors or ERP and co-ordination of testing.
Essential:
- SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite and current SAP certification in Learning and Performance & Goals
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- SAP Best Practice
- Strong customer service orientation
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience in ECC HR and Payroll.
- Knowledge and experience in ECP and Employee Central HR.
- In-depth operational knowledge of Shared Service Centres
Salary £45,000 - £52,000
Bonus - 5% Annual Performance Related
Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Swansea Office
