We’re seeking an enthusiastic, Paid Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing marketing team, helping accelerate our customer acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone with several years hands-on experience of managing paid social campaigns. Working within the marketing team, you’ll own the advertising across all paid for social channels (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Tik Tok). You’ll be responsible for creating the strategic direction of the paid social plan, right through to its implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Define, develop and implement plans across all key paid social channels to grow customer numbers
- Develop a clear audience-focused strategy based internal and external customer insight
- Set up, maintain and monitor all social campaigns. Manage all audiences, ads, and account metrics
- Deliver data-lead evaluation reports (web analytics and platform reporting tools) and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and revenue performance
- Monitor key social media and industry trends to ensure our plans are market-leading
- Manage A/B testing of ad copy/creative
Desired experience/qualifications:
- Demonstrable success in previous businesses across key social platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Tik Tok)
- 3-5 years experience within paid social channels
- Proficient in the relevant data, technology and platforms to continually improve performance
- Strong reporting and analytical skills and confident in Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of implementing and analysing conversion tracking
- Ability to work independently and unaided within each social media platform
- Ability to work well within a wider marketing and content team
- We welcome applications with client side or agency side experience

- Salary: £40,000-£45,000
