We are currently recruiting Support Practitioners offering full or part time hours within our Housing Support Services in Glenrothes. andThis is a new service supporting someone who has additional support needs and who will be in their new home from June 2023. We are keen to find candidates who are friendly, reliable and passionate about providing excellent quality care in view to helping people achieve their goals and ambitions.

About the service
Within our Finglassie service in Glenrothes we currently support individuals with a rage of complex support needs such as Autism, Hearing Impairment, ADHD, Learning disabilities, Epilepsy, Heller’s syndrome and Asperger’s. Individuals are supported in every element of their lives within the service out in the community, with a focus on person-centred care and you will be required to support their needs while on duty. You will be responsible for ensuring the residents health, safety and wellbeing are maintained while responding to any appropriately to any challenging behaviour or emergency situation which may arise and ensure a positive environment where residents feel at home.
