We are currently recruiting Support Practitioner's within our services in Bridge of Earn, Perth. This is a new service and an opportunity to support someone who has complex needs. We are offering full or part time, permanent contracts and will train and support you to deliver quality care.
What your day will look like:
You will be working 1;2;1 with individuals supporting them with day to day living and helping them achieve their ambitions and goals. No two days are same and your role will include helping support someone with cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, managing finances and getting involved with hobbies and interests the person may have, such as; bowling, swimming, walking, shopping and arts and crafts. There will be personal care involved and guidance/training will be provided.
