Your new role

We are currently recruiting a part time (offering 24 hours per week) Support Practitioner to work within our housing support services in Aberdeen. The role as a support practitioner will involve supporting our 24 hour housing support services working with individuals who have a range of complex support needs. You will work on a 1;2;1 basis assisting people with day to day living, assisting them and encouraging them to live happy meaningful lives and achieve their personal goals/ambitions. The role will also include various tasks such as, administering medication, cooking, cleaning and playing a part in a range of activities the people we support enjoy such art and crafts, shopping, walking, cinema and other interests/hobbies.

  • Can bring a sense of fun, positivity and fulfilment to the role.
  • Hold a UK driving licence
