Job description

We are looking for an experienced (or talented ‘newbie’) Sales Support Manager to join our energetic sales team. You will be a main point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for our on the road sales team. Our ideal candidate is confident, thorough and sales driven with an effective understanding of customer service best practices. Reydon Sports PLC is Europe’s premier trade wholesaler and distributor of industry-leading Sports, Leisure, Outdoor & Toy brands. Whether it’s football, hockey, fitness, golf, basketball, educational equipment, camping/outdoor equipment or kids Toys, Reydon has it covered.

Responsibilities

• Process orders through our CRM system.
• Respond to queries & orders via email or phone.
• Report to their Line Manager.
• Actively answer phones and deal with all types of queries.
• Actively make outgoing sales phone calls to generate more business.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact customers to obtain missing information or resolve issues.
• Liaise with (and support) the external sales team.
• Liaise with the warehouse & logistics team.
• Liaise with our external couriers to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and update sales & customer records.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Help towards ensuring monthly sales targets are met.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
• In quieter periods, give input to other creative sales-driven departments.

Requirements and skills

• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Drive, energy & professionalism.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: £24,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
