Job description
Our social care organisation is currently seeking Support Workers to join its team. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing personal care, as well as monitoring and evaluating the success of care plans. The right candidate will possess a caring nature, as well as strong communication skills, as he or she will be required to regularly report to families and seniors' care providers on the progress of the young people. Must have residential experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support to vulnerable children
- Observe, monitor and report
- report writing and daily logs
- Assist children with activities that include personal hygiene, exercise, eating a balanced diet
- Assist with house chores including cleaning, cooking and laundry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
