Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Junior Support Engineer to be based in Nottingham?

Initially you will be learning and supporting the current system, gradually becoming involved with the new system development.

This position will initially be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Main Duties of the Role

• To support and develop software and database solutions.
• Actively advise and contribute to problem solving from a technical perspective.
• Provide technical support to a variety of individuals.
• Assist in developing, updating and maintaining all software systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for sharing with other departments and external stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experience

• Degree educated in Software Design, Computer Science or Engineering related field.
• Experience within a similar role
• Microsoft SQL server experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET desirable

Salary

• �25,000-�30,000 per annum, depending on experience
