Due to continued growth and acquisition, they are keen to appoint an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to be based out of their Central London offices with a hybrid working model. This role will be paying market rate salary and benefits.
As an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Windows Server and Desktop systems in an Active Directory environment.
Infrastructure Support Engineer: Duties
- Windows Server 2012R2 and ideally 2019 version
- Windows 10 Enterprise
- Windows Security
- Active Directory
- DNS and DHCP
- Group Policy
- MWare
- Software Packaging including Powershell, VB and other scripting skills
- Familiar with Systems Management Tools
- Basic Networking
- Wireless Technology
Infrastructure Support Engineer: Experience
- Package of software for deployment
- 3rd Line Support
- Deploy Changes
- Disaster recovery testing
- Digital Security engagements
- Incident management
- Core image updates
- Firmware updates
- Maintain Baseline Document
- Maintain Design Documents (High &Low level)
- Server Support
- KB Creation
- Create and maintain documentation to support the successful operations.
