We're looking for a hardworking Associate Tech Support Engineer to join our Flutter UK&I Workplace Tech Support team!
Who you’ll work with
This team provides IT Support to our internal employees across Flutter UK&I, covering multiple locations through either our on-site Tech Bar, workplace communication tool as well as managing incidents & request tickets within our ITSM tool. They are a crucial department in the organisation that ensures the wider business can operate effectively.

We're open to supporting someone who's looking to take their first step moving into a tech support role, as long as you're enthusiastic willing to learn.
Your role in ‘better’
No two days are the same in this team! You will be first point of contact for all incoming IT queries that our internal users raise. This can cover issues with either their laptops, desktops, printer, mobiles and many more. Support is provided via various contact methods such as our on site tech bar, remote support and via our IT support Slack channel.
Other duties will include...
Managing the incidents and request queues, ensuring we are working towards our SLA’s .
Performing remote and onsite hands-on fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, configuring systems and applications.
Supporting the end users before, during and after any office moves to ensure that all IT Systems and equipment are operational with minimum disruption to the end users.
Supporting the VC systems in the meeting rooms & amphitheatre.
Actively liaising with 3rd line / other support teams including 3rd party suppliers.
Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering great customer service.
Responsible for managing new starters and leavers process.
You will play an essential role in the team by helping with day to day operational workloads, being part of projects, being a team player and contributing to new concepts and ideas.
How you’ll create ‘better’
The below experience is desirable for the role, we will consider someone who is looking for their first role in tech support too.
Ideally have some experience of working within an IT support function, you should have a good understanding of general IT principles and a good working knowledge of both Windows 10 and Mac OS.
Confident troubleshooting IT queries and have a good analytical appreciation of how computers function and work together.
Ideally have experience with Jamf, SCCM, Intune, O365, Jira, Bomgar, Slack, Zoom
You will be working closely with the site managers and tech bar engineers across the different locations such as Sheffield, Hammersmith, Dublin, Malta, Porto & Cluj.
