Job description
Reporting to one of our EMEA Support Team Leads, you'll play an essential role in our technical support team ensuring that our customers are equipped and able to maximize the use of our seriously cool print products. You’ll be an expert in the print space and work with our large ecosystem of partners to ensure PaperCut software remains the market leader within print management. The position is based in our Bracknell, UK office and has a hybrid work arrangement with two days/week in the office.
Our code saves trees. After 20+ years of building paper-saving print management software, we still have our first employees, first resellers, and first customers. Some of the skills you'll have ...
- You'll keep customers front of mind as you investigate, solve and escalate a variety of service issues.
- You'll work as part of a global support team responding to enquiries that come in via phone, email, web chat and forum support.
- You’ll build and nurture relationships with customers and partners; advocating for their needs through product decisions
- You'll contribute to PaperCut's growing technical knowledge base and technical white papers.
- You’ll analyse trends across current tickets to identify opportunities to develop preventative solutions.
- You’ll share knowledge and mentor other team members to support skills development across the team.
What success looks like in 6 months ..
- A reputation for 'wowing' customers with speedy, solution focused, comprehensive replies.
- Demonstrated curiosity and an eagerness to see something through to completion, ensuring that the customer is happy and that you continue to learn new things along the way.
- You’ll understand the broad understanding of how the PaperCut products work and what problems they solve for our partners and customers.
- Have made a positive impact on the team through sharing your skills and experiences and been delivering an impact outside of support volume
