Job description

Are you seriously excited by the world of print management? We are too! Do you dream about find-me printing, have strong knowledge of printing at the O/S layer, and know your Type 3 from Type 4 drivers? Have you ever thought it would be cool to work for the leading print management software company in the world?? We think it’s pretty cool and we’re looking for a future PaperCutter to join us!

Reporting to one of our EMEA Support Team Leads, you'll play an essential role in our technical support team ensuring that our customers are equipped and able to maximize the use of our seriously cool print products. The position is based in our Bracknell, UK office and has a hybrid work arrangement with two days/week in the office.

Our code saves trees. After 20+ years of building paper-saving print management software, we still have our first employees, first resellers, and first customers. Our success is not measured by profits and business metrics, but instead by the impact we've had on our 139 million users and our planet. We're values-driven and fuelled by coffee.
