Job description
I'm recruiting for an End User IT Support Analyst contractor to provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support for a client in Sheffield. This is an initial 6 month initial contract which may have the possibility to extend. I'm looking for someone with strong communication skills; and experience of resolving incidents, problems, and queries and preferably within an ITIL support environment. The role will include remote support, telephone support, and local support of end users.
The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and will involve working with colleagues in the support team to resolve tickets and users queries.
I will only be able to consider contractors with a valid driving license and transport for this role.
