Job description
The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and will involve working with colleagues in the support team to resolve tickets and users queries.
I will only be able to consider contractors with a valid driving license and transport for this role.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate knowledge and a background in:
- Hardware and Laptop/PC builds and support
- Remote support
- Good Active Directory, Group Policy, and O365 knowledge
- Customer service and communication
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 support
- Hardware and basic network/printer troubleshooting
- End User Migrations
- Application Support

This role has been deemed inside of scope for IR35 so contractors will need to work via an Adecco Group approved umbrella company for this contract.
