We have an exciting position available to join our Solent futures team. Reporting to the Deputy Head of student success, the role will be to lead the student facing advice team to support our students in the best way possible to meet their greatest potential.

Solent creatives and start-ups occupies a brand new space in the hub of our university and supports students into their freelancing and business start up journey. This role is ideal for someone with a business background who can support our students to achieve the best that they can in this arena.

The role will also include working to improve the integration of employability within our curriculum so that we can reach as many students as possible to support them in the team's philosophy 'work ready, world ready, future ready'.

The successful candidate will lead the team to provide the best for students with regards to improving employability attributes as well as their graduate outcomes.
